Hello, I'm Julie!

Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Julie’s journey took her across the country thanks to her father’s 20 years of service in the U.S. Army. In 2001, she and her husband Burke—a telecommunications engineer—found their way back to Charlotte, where Julie began her career in real estate title.

With over two decades of experience, Julie is a licensed underwriter in the state of North Carolina and a vital part of our team. She underwrites binders, policy revisions, and final policies, as well as assists with prior policy lookups, quotes, and insurability questions. Julie handles a large amount of our internal communications and client correspondence, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, including her three sons, five grandbabies, and their busy household of pets and chickens. She’s also an active member of her church choir, loves to garden, and makes time to stay active through regular workouts.
