Hello, I'm Ashley!

Ashley Duncan is the Director of Operations for NH Title Group, bringing 18 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry. Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, Ashley studied Interior Design at East Carolina University and the Art Institute in Charlotte. She began her real estate career at a law firm in 2006, progressing from receptionist to business development. Throughout her career, Ashley has played a pivotal role in launching title and settlement companies and has consistently focused on client relations and business development.

Married since 2019, Ashley and her husband James, a Family Law and Personal Injury attorney licensed in North and South Carolina, live in West Charlotte with their 4-year-old rescue dog Weezie. In her free time, Ashley enjoys traveling, working out, hiking, attending live music events, spending time outdoors, and assisting friends and clients with interior design projects.
