Meet Ashley!

Ashley Duncan is the Director of Operations for NH Title Group, with 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. A North Carolina native from Winston-Salem, Ashley studied Interior Design at East Carolina University and the Art Institute of Charlotte before launching her real estate career at a law firm in 2006 — growing from receptionist to business development and never looking back.

Over two decades, Ashley has been a driving force behind the launch of multiple title and settlement companies, with a consistent focus on client relations and building lasting business partnerships.

Outside of work, Ashley lives in West Charlotte with her husband James, a Family Law and Personal Injury attorney licensed in North and South Carolina, and their rescue dog Weezie. She spends her free time traveling, hiking, working out, catching live music, and helping friends and clients bring their interior design visions to life.
